About Me

I moved to Central Virginia from Knoxville Tennessee at age 19 and I have considered the area home for over 35 years. Shortly after graduating high school in Knoxville, I came to Richmond to visit family.   Whereby chance I meet my future husband, Scott.  We've been married 34 years and we have a wonderful family of 4 fur babies!  Now with almost 20+ years of experience I am a licensed real estate agent with Warrior Realty. Having lived in Henrico County, King and Queen County and the last 25 years in the beautiful County of Goochland. 

I know that having the right real estate agent means having an agent who is committed to helping you buy or sell your home with the highest level of expertise in your local market. This means helping you in understanding each step of the buying or selling process. This commitment level has helped me build a remarkable track record of delivering results.

I love being a part of my community!  A licensed real estate agent since 2002 with many years of experience in addition to REO and Foreclosure sales along with Bankruptcy Trustee Sales.  I am in good standing with DPOR and CVRMLS!

Warrior Realty of Virginia is a family-owned business focused on our customers needs and fighting for the American dream of home ownership.

The owner, Teelo Rutledge is a Native American he formed Warrior in late 2013 after many successful transaction and good standing relationship with Mr. Rutledge he asked me to join his team, I didn't hesitate after 12 years with another local real estate company I was looking for a change.  I joined him in the summer of 2014; at first it was just us two and since he's added two assistants. 
Our main office is centrally located in Richmond, Virginia we also have a satellite office in Norfolk and recently expanded into North Carolina.  Our office is members of Central Virginia MLS, NoVA MRIS and Norfolk MLS covering from the Valley of Shenandoah, North to DC to the shores of Virginia Beach.  Our Broker, Steve Dalton of Dalton Realty office is located in Mechanicsville, Virginia and he has 27 agents in his office.
